When Tawny came to FLI in 2018, she brought 25 years of transportation expertise with her. She has quite the diverse background in freight! Tawny began her logistics career in FTL sales and operations, followed by LTL dispatch and AP processing. She really got to “dabbling” in the industry when she moved to a large national carrier (we won’t name names, but it rhymes with “Fly Par See”) and held multiple roles including: quoting, sourcing, routing, and tracking expedited LTL, TL, white glove, air, and hazmat moves.
Outside of work she very much enjoys traveling cross-country with her husband to as many baseball games her son is playing in. Her son has competed and traveled since he was 8 years old and is currently playing for Division I Eastern IL University on a full scholarship. Tawny couldn’t be a prouder momma!
