Roberta O’Keith
LTL Account Manager
Roberta joins FLI with experience in marketing, sales development, client implementation, and operations. She started her career in the insurance industry managing claims and customer service. Most recently, Roberta was a business coach and consultant helping companies improve their customer experiences.
Along with family time outside of work, Roberta loves collecting fabric to make quilts. She’s competed in multiple triathlons and been a keynote speaker to hundreds of people.
Roberta’s dad has been the biggest influence on her. He modeled the pursuit of passion over profit and started his own company in his 40s with two young kids. The greatest piece of advice she’s been given is “don’t let fear hold you back from who you are about to become.” This life experience makes Roberta a wonderful addition to our FLI team!
