Rachel has spent time in many industries and loves the challenge of learning a new one. The transportation and logistics industry is keeping her on her toes! She comes to FLI with expertise in people, workplace culture, and customer experience. Her career has included both internal roles and running her own business. She believes that amazing customer service can change the world, because she sees her colleagues make that happen each day.

When she is not connecting with people at work, she connects with her husband, Frank, and three kids – Dax, Leo, and Addie. She has a lively home that includes her father-in-law, three dogs, and one cat. Yes, she’s an extrovert. The FLI value of “balance” is particularly important to Rachel. She stays harmonized with lots of water, sleep, yoga, meditation, music, and the random dance party.

One of Rachel’s favorite quotes is “slow down to go fast.” It’s a great reminder in a growing company!
