Karen joined FLI with experience in sales and the food industry. She was looking for a change and wanted to try something new. FLI loves fun and adventure so it was a match!
In her free time, Karen loves watching football and, in the summer, swimming and taking her pups for walks and to the dog park. She has two daughters, two cats, and two dogs. It’s a zoo when she goes home! Karen is a chef and has met both Gordon Ramsay and Anthony Bourdain. She was interviewed to be on the Food Network show, “Chopped,” and made it to the top five.
Her biggest influence in her life has been her dad. He told her to never give up and never look back. He encouraged her to be kind but not let anyone walk all over you. Great advice going up against Gordon Ramsay!
