Paul’s expertise is in the measurement of operational excellence where he has spent the last few decades working with 8 of the current Fortune 100 companies. His livelihood has been dependent on communication and results. A conversation with Paul may range from being raised on a chicken farm with 1 million chickens (maybe ranch is a better description), to the termination of fiber optics in a manhole on a highway outside of Dothan, AL, making Hollandaise from scratch or designing WMS software that picks a pallet of mixed SKUs perfectly before your forklift driver starts picking. He does not proclaim to be a SME in animal husbandry, gastronomy, telecom design, or software coding, but knows how to assess and drive operational excellence.
